RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
House of Cyn Return Policy

At House of Cyn, we strive to ensure that your items are shipped in the condition presented on our site. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please review our return policy below.
Items Damaged by Consumer
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Please note that bandage items and other delicate materials used in our garments can be damaged while trying them on. We will not be responsible for items damaged after they are worn or tried on. If an item feels too tight, please do not force it, as this may cause damage, rendering the item non-returnable. Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered faulty and will not be eligible for return. We cannot accept return requests for items damaged by the consumer.
Return Conditions
Please note the following conditions for returns:
• Initiate Return: Requests for returns or store credits must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of delivery by emailing houseofcynny@gmail.com. Please include a description of the reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: Items must be shipped back to our store within 4 business days from the day you receive your order and must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. An order is considered received on the initial delivery attempt. The shipping cost to return the item must be paid by the consumer. We suggest you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days from the time the package is delivered to us to process your store credit. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return. If a store credit was requested, a discount code for the amount of the original item will be provided for use on a future purchase.
Final Sale Items
Please be aware that sale items, discounted items, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, and pre-owned items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Since we are committed to shipping your items as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel orders outside of this timeframe.
