1. What size should I order?

2. Are your pieces true to size?
Yes, our garments are designed to fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description. For personalized advice, you can always reach out to our team with your measurements.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Where are your pieces made?
Each House of Cyn piece is designed in New York and carefully produced in Colombia by skilled artisans. We work with small-batch production partners who align with our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. USA shipping generally takes 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–14 business days. During high-volume periods or pre-orders, please allow a few extra days for processing.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. That said, if you contact us at houseofcynny@gmail.com within the first few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help.
7. Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, select exclusive styles are available for pre-order. Estimated shipping dates are listed in the product description. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your piece in advance before it sells out.
8. What is the quality of your fabrics and how are your pieces made?
At House of Cyn, we believe quality is non-negotiable. We use top-tier fabrics sourced from trusted suppliers, and every material is inspected before production begins to ensure it meets our high standards.
All pieces are produced in limited batches, with an emphasis on hand-finished details and precision tailoring. Our artisans take great pride in their craft, and every garment is made with care, from stitching to structure, ensuring each design feels as good as it looks. This dedication to craftsmanship is what makes our pieces truly timeless.
AFTER PURCHASE
1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 4 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
2. Can I return or exchange my item?
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. At this time, return shipping costs are not covered by House of Cyn.
Please note: Final sale, pre-order, or custom items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact returns@houseofcyn.com with your order number.
3. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care with packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and work with you toward a solution whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What can I do?
First, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local courier, or building management. If it still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, contact us. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help you locate it or file a claim.
5. Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, we do offer exchanges when possible. If you received an item and would prefer a different size or color, you may return the original item, and once it’s received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order.
Please note:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Some of our most-loved pieces may return in small restocks, but many are limited editions. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or enabling restock alerts on the product page to stay updated.
7. Do you offer custom orders or alterations?
Currently, we do not offer custom sizing or alterations. However, many of our pieces are designed with versatile fits in mind. If you have specific concerns about how a piece may fit your body, feel free to reach out, we’re here to help.
