Refunds:
Eligible within 7 days of delivery.

Store Credit:
Eligible within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email houseofcynny@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Reason for return

Once approved, returns must be shipped within 5 business days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Free of makeup, stains, perfume, deodorant, or odors
• Returned with all original tags and packaging attached

Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, hand-finished details, and sculpting construction, items showing signs of wear, stretching, forcing, or damage will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as House of Cyn is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returns in transit.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns requested after the 7-day refund window, but within 14 days of delivery, will be issued as store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

All Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
