At House of Cyn, we take pride in ensuring that every item is shipped in the exact condition presented on our website. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please review our return guidelines below.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Return Request Process
- All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by email to houseofcynny@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 4 business days of receiving your order and must arrive at our facility within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- An order is considered received on the initial delivery attempt, regardless of whether it was successfully collected.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Many of our garments are made with delicate materials, such as bandage fabrics. Please avoid forcing any items that feel too tight, as this may cause damage and make the item ineligible for return.
Shipping Your Return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as House of Cyn is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Processing & Store Credit
- Please allow up to 7 business days from the time your return is delivered to process your store credit.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a discount code equal to the value of the returned item, which can be applied to a future purchase.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Due to our commitment to fast shipping, we are unable to cancel orders outside of this window.
