Return Window

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Refunds: Eligible within 7 days of delivery.
• Store Credit: Eligible within 14 days of delivery.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please email us at houseofcynny@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery,including:

• Your order number.
• Reason for return.

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped within 5 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• Free of makeup, stains, perfume, or odors.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Due to the delicate nature of some of our fabrics, items that show signs of stretching, forcing, or damage will not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured service,as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Returns requested after 7 days (but within 14 days) will be issued as store credit.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
